No, Elita does not charge a call out fee with any of its packages.
No, We keep a flat rate service across the board with all of our packages and don’t charge any extra fees for larger passenger vehicles (excluding trucks and busses).
Yes, steam cleaning is included in all of our packages, even our base packages.
We only accept contactless card payments and have eftpos machines in every van.
Of course! We can group a two vehicle package deal together and save you 20% off your total package price.
We have a fully automated online booking system where all you need to do is fill in your details and the date + time you want to book. You’ll receive a booking confirmation within 10 minutes.
All of our mobile detailers need access to running water and power to connect our detailing machines too. We currently do not carry generators or our own water supply.
Yes, prior to the detailers arriving any personal belongings and baby seats are to be removed.
Yes, Elita offers a regular maintenance bookings package after your first detail so we can maintain your car’s showroom condition after it’s been detailed. (enquire through email to book).
We have a 1300 number phone line which is available to call 7 days a week. If the lines are busy you can get in touch with someone from the office with your requests via email or through our contact forms.
No, unfortunately we are unable to fix any vehicle dents as mobile detailers.
We have 11 mobile providers servicing all of Victoria 6-7 days a week.
Our 24 hour FAST service means our phones ring all day and all night 7 days a week. We pride ourselves on getting to everyone as promptly as we can but would recommend emailing us or booking online.
Please cancel your bookings with at least 24 hours notice through email.
